• Where is the store based?

  Toronto, Canada

• Why is your store on vacation?

  i'm taking a small break while i restock and prep new items for release!
  if you can make it, i'll be in-person at TCAF 2023 and Anime North 2023!
  the store will reopen again in May. check back soon!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Currently not accepting orders to the UK, otherwise, yep!! Depending on where you live, your country's border custom may hold the shipment or charge duty taxes, which I will not be responsible for.

• When will you ship my order?

  Orders go out once every two weeks, usually on Sundays.
  Orders placed after 12pm EST on Saturdays will not be shipped out the next day.

  You will be notified once your item has been shipped!

  If you have any questions regarding your package (or if you're in a rush to receive it for whatever reason), please feel free to e-mail me!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Orders within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post, and orders outside Canada will be shipped via USPS.
